With over 100 years of combined experience, our team has operated at director level within leading principal contractors during sustained periods of growth. We have successfully delivered schemes ranging from bespoke one-off homes to large-scale developments in excess of 300 units, working with major developers, housing associations and local authorities across the South East.
Our particular specialism is residential development and housing regeneration. We understand the complexities of residential delivery — from stakeholder engagement and phasing to quality and programme certainty — and apply this knowledge to achieve consistently high standards across projects of all sizes.

135 Apartments, Hounslow: Managed the construction of 135 residential units - £19m. Responsibilities included overseeing construction processes, ensuring quality control, and managing project timelines.
Mixed Tenure Developments, North and West London: Directed various projects ranging from 8-129 apartments with contract values up to £35m. Tasks included project planning, budget management, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders.
